PLANK REGRESSION
The regression could be done following the technical aspects developed above. According
to the technical aspects developed above, regression could be as follows:1- Wall, 2- Floor+high surface, 3- Floor (explained in the next publication).
1.WALL:
- Execute a plank, putting the palms of your hands against a wall (elbows extended).
2.
FLOOR + HIGH SURFACE:
- Execute a plank, both knees on the floor and palms of your hands resting on a raised surface (elbows extended).
- Execute a plank, legs extended (avoid relaxing knees) and palms of your hands resting on a raised surface (extended elbows).
- Execute a plank resting knees and supporting forearms on a raised surface (flexed elbows)
- Execute a plank without the support of your knees (extended legs) and supporting forearms on a raised surface (flexed elbows).
