WHO ARE WE AND WHAT IS IT??

Hello everyone! We are Mª Teresa Carbonell  Morote, Victoria Navarro Cervera and Joaquin Vidal Vera. We are a group of students from Alicante University and we have decided to create this blog for the subject 'Tecnologias e instrumentacion aplicadas a la E.F.' with the purpose of debating about a topic regarding physical activity.

The main goal of this blog is talking about the importance of the core in our daily routine, this being connected to  physical activity as well as sports.

So, what do you think what the core is?

  2. As far as I know, I define core as the muscles involving the abs, diaphragm and muscles located in the lower part of the back. Moreover, it is a gym activity focussed on working out and strengthen those muscles mentioned, as well as learning how to breathe properly.

  7. As I know, the core is what we normally call "torso", and in my experience when I strengthen my core I have seen the greatest progress in balance exercises (I can do balance exercises more easily) so, I think that the main functionally of the core is stablize the body during dynamic movement.

  12. Asocio el nucleo al centro del organismo, a la Unión. La Unión a la estabilidad del cuerpo y a su equilibrio. Asi que llego a la conclusion que el nucleo se refiere al cuerpo en su conjunto...ánimo y a tope con el blog!!!
